[X] v2.36 - Filename - Tag results as?

When I convert Filenames to TAG with Сайгон - Лети the resulting title, artist, album are all ????????

I believe it is Rusian.

This is the only album I'm having problems with. Again no problems with other albums including:
Карандаш - Безымянный
Триада - Противоядие
Хамиль (Каста) - Феникс

Make sure you have one of the UTF options activated in Mp3tag, under Tags, Mpeg.

That fixed my problem.
May I ask why UTF-16 isn't the default if both are ID3v2.3?
Or maybe an option during setup.

I've just checked on a fresh install and ID3v2.3 with UTF-16 is default.

Interesting. I will uninstall, reinstall and post results.

Results:
Set to ID3v2.3 ISO-8859-1
Uninstalled v2.36 (including removal of configuration)
Reinstalled v2.36
Confirmed clean install sets to ID3v2.3 UTF-16
