Suggestion WSF - Add an option to set the minimum mp3tag version required

It would be nice @Florian to have a [MinMp3TagVer] such as [MinMp3TagVer]=3.03 in WSF which will check if the user is running that version or higher and give a message box to inform the user to upgrade should they not have the correct one.
