I can confirm this behaviour. For any saved filter, on first apply the filter is displayed in the box. On the second and any subsequent apply of the same filter, the box becomes empty. A new filter needs to be selected and applied to restore the expected behaviour.
A simple first workaround would of course be to save the filter in a text file to have it handy for a smart "copypaste" thus avoiding the cumbersome retyping
These filters are already saved in the managed list, so no retyping is necessary. Simply clearing the filter from the filter box first, then applying it again from the list works as the easiest workaround for now.
