can mp3tag add ISRC, EAN/UPC & pre-emphasis in the tags? General Discussion

hi can mp3tag add ISRC, EAN/UPC & pre-emphasis ,Digital Copy Permitted ,4 Channel in the tags of audio files? and is there a web service (tag source) like itunes ,discos or other web service that include these flags sometime present in the audio cd? just for curiosity thanks
