Good service - **Yandex.Money** - [http://money.yandex.ru/](http://money.yandex.ru/) (Russian language only!).  
PayPal... in Russia don't use this and minimal people can donate you with PayPal.  
Be more open for donate! ))

whoohoo paypal, yes also in poland is not usable, you can have but only few internet shops/games etc access it, so in poland money @ paypal we have only (in my example) from ads etc.. nobody pay us via paypal ;/
