I thought I was replying to your response, not creating a new topic

It was splitted into a new topic...

Yes. That original thread describes in many cases the Windows version.

As described in the linked thread

> [@Export Action Group](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/export-action-group/63325):
>
> Is there a way to export action groups? I tried this, [Action Group export](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/action-group-export/46543), but it does not display 'save configuration' best

- the function is different on the Mac.

What?
AFAIK it is described in documentation:

> [@Preferences and Configuration](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/preferences-and-configuration/56296):
>
> You can configure many areas of Mp3tag via the preferences window at Mp3tag → Preferences… or ⌘ , General Startup Folder Here you can specify the startup behavior of Mp3tag. None starts with an empty File List. Previous starts with the folder which was loaded the last time you’ve used Mp3tag. Other… lets you choose a explicit folder that is loaded on startup. Genres Use standard genres If enabled, Mp3tag lists the standard genres in the genre field on the Tag Pane…
