Hello There.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how I can transfer my action groups I created on one computer to another computer?

Copy this: %appdata%\mp3tag\data\actions into your windows browser address bar. There you find a .mta file for each action. Copy these files into the same folder at the other computer. That's it.
