There is maybe a tricky way to do it, but I didn't find it

How can I move or copy files to a predefined subfolder with Actions

The only way of doing this via an action is with the action Format value for the field \_FILENAME where you can specify the new directory structure within the format string, e.g. %artist%\%album%\%\_filename%
