Hello, I am using the Actions (Quick) utility and I have highlighted a whole bunch of songs that I want to replace each of their unique Album titles with one specific album title (in the replace with field) for all of them. When I leave the original (Album field) blank nothing happens with the conversion (replace) to the new Album title. Is there a "wild card" sequence/protocol that I can put in the original Album field without having to type in the exact/unique wording/characters of each individual/original Album title.

Could it be that this is your problem?

> How to copy one field value to another field? Example how to copy the content of the ARTIST field to the ALBUMARTIST field: Create a [new action](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/actions/967/2) in an existing action group or make a new action group. Action type: Format value Field: ALBUMARTIST Format string: %artist% Note: If you want to copy all possible values of a field (in case you have multiple artist fields), the internal scripting function [$meta\_sep](https://docs.mp3tag.de/scripting) can be used in the format string, e.g., $meta\_sep(artist,\\\\)

That is usually done in the Tag Panel, not by Actions (Quick).
After selecting the desired files, enter the the desired album title in the Tag Panel and click "Save" .
