Is there any way to add genres to the list in the application? I have at least 3 that I need to add

oh yes, here is written:

You can add and remove genres via the New and Remove buttons next the genres list.

But where do I find this genres list. I can see it only if I open the genres combo box in the tag panel, and there is no "New" or "remove" button anywhere...
