# Add Renaming Features

Hi,
I actually use two softwares to renam music files that I download :
- Ant Renamer to clean the filename
- Mp3 tag to reset all tags and to convert name file to several tags.
I think it would be better to use ony one software. Indeed, mp3tag just need to add this functionnality to any column (file name as ant renamer, but **ALSO tags**...) :
- string replacement : replace string by another
- string insertion : insert string at **specified position**
- Change case : _all upper_ **or** _all lower_ **or** _upper only the first letter of each word_ **or** _upper only the first letter after any of specified character_.
What do you think about this idea ?

You can already do those things in Mp3tag with [Actions](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/967/1).
