# Adding year tag to song title

Hello community, I'd like to add the song year automatically to title field as in;
AC/DC - T.N.T. (1975)

Is that the field TITLE or the filename?
What data do you have in the field YEAR?

I'd like to add the song release year to the song title field after the song title, so when the song is playing it displays the year it was released

This looks like `%artist% - %title% (%year%)`
Use the Converter Tag\>Tag
Field: TITLE
Format String: `%artist% - %title% (%year%)`
or `%title% (%year%)` if the Title already has the artist info

Yes - but where do you get the release year from? Is that already stored in the year field?
