# Advanced Tagging for importing/exporting

A large collection of music. (Mixed FLAC and MP3.)
From a root folder branching down into many other folders.
There is roughly 1105 files in total.
I've had a glance at various applications, help guides and forums.
What I'm attempting to do, is find a way to export all the tags for said files to keep safe, so I am able to wipe the tags and re-name them.
But if something were to go wrong, I could just as quickly import them back.
The one way I found was .cue sheets. But since they work on a per-folder basis, I didn't find this solution that managable due to there being ~70 folders.
TL;DR - Easy way to export 1000+ tags from various folders and put them back again?
