Another way would be to set the default filename for picture files that get downloaded by web source scripts.
See the MP3tag Options Ctrl-O > Tag Sources: Default name for cover art.

instead of folder set e.g cover
And if you want the picture only saved in the tags, disable the option in the Utils button menu of the tag source results dialogue.

The only way to ensure this does not continue is to disable WMP in the Windows options. Otherwise, even if you delete all of the hidden folder.jpg, albumart.jpg, and albumartsmall.jpg, WMP will recreate them during a future library scan.

Done! Optionalfeatures.exe works for this. I'll check now for other unnecessary optional features!
