Bonjour
Since today (latest version) when I save an album cover, mp3Tag tags the cover correctly (as an icon) but creates an additional file folder.jpg ...??? How can I avoid creating this extra file?
Thanks
Paul

I assume that you use a web source script for this?
Then check the utils button menu and untick "save image to disc".

Hello, thank you for your "quick" reply. Unfortunately, I can't find this function in the tools menu (v3.21).

For the webp covers, I download them from the web because they don't exist in music brainz. Now I pay attention to the format, but how can I find the old ones in my playlist?

Paul

I do not mean the Tools menu.
See the documentation:

> **[Importing Tags from Online Tag Sources – Mp3tag Documentation](https://docs.mp3tag.de/tag-sources/import/#utils-menu)**
>
> Documentation on how to import tags and cover art from online Tag Sources. Mp3tag is the universal Tag Editor.
