# Album-Cover wird aus APE-Tag gelöscht

Hallo,

wenn ich .APE-Files (Monkey Audio) mit mp3Tag bearbeite, dann wird das in der Datei abgespeicherte Album-Cover entfernt.

Mit .MP3-Dateien passiert das jedoch nicht.

Mache ich etwas falsch oder ist das ein Bug?

Hallo Fred,

das liegt vor allem daran, dass Mp3tag keine Cover in APEv2-Tags unterstützt, sorry 🙂  
Welches Programm verwendest Du zum einbetten der Cover in Deine APEv2-Tags?

Hallo Florian,

ich benutze JRiver MediaCenter 11 ([www.jrmediacenter.com](http://www.jrmediacenter.com)).  
Dort werden die APE-Tags angeblich voll unterstützt.

Dann muss ich also aufpassen, daß ich mp3Tag vor dem Einbinden der Covers anwende.
