If Florian implements $strstr() as function, one could do it with Format Value and $strstr() + $mid(). 🙂

Field: ARTIST  
Format string: $mid(%title%,,$strstr(%title%, - ))

Field: TITLE  
Format string: $mid(%title%,$add($strstr(%title%, - ),3),$len(%title%))
