# All video cover I was add, is disabled or removed after add title or album

Looks a lot like a Windows Explorer problem - which MP3tag probably cannot fix.  
You would have to find out if there are hidden files in folders where the covers show or if there are differences in the file types.  
With so little information at the moment, it is only guess work.
