How to arrange composer's field by alphabetical order (separated with commas)

Ex:

Original: Philip Lawrence, Bruno Mars, Mark Ronson & Jeff Bhasker

Output: Bruno Mars, Jeff Bhasker, Mark Ronson & Philip Lawrence

AFAIK there is no sort function.
