Are batch actions possible ?

I would like to be able at least to copy the whole Comment tag information to the Name tag, automatically for all the files in the same directory

Select all the files and apply your desired action:
Actions
Use action type Format value to copy stuff from one tag to another.
I.e. Actions

Ideally, it would help if I could define various parts of the Comment tag to be copied to various tags (Name, year, track...)

Also possible. For a simple structure "Guess Values" might work. If it is more complicated to separate the different information parts regular expressions can help.
