Is there a way to arrange the custom or used “Format String(s)” under the “Convert” section for “Filename – Tag” for example.

Thanks

You can delete them - one by one or all at once.

**Deleting** some of the entries leads to a new arrangement.

To address specific entries, use the incremental search by typing in the start of the string.
If you have favourite strings then it may be worth thinking of actions that do it for you.
The order of the actions can be modified.

The Convert\>Filename-Tag function has its action equivalent in an action of the type "Guess values".
