# Artist List

Hello,

I wonder if there is a way to have a custom artist list similar to the genre list?

Not possible.

I use actions to have a similar function:  
Make one Format value action for each artist you want and name them like this:  
Set Artist#Artist 1  
Set Artist#Artist 2  
...

You can quickly apply these with the drop-down at the ![:mt_act:](https://community.mp3tag.de/uploads/default/original/1X/318aa654f7a0c7c178d869991f6e8680b214cfc0.png ":mt\_act:") button.
