Can I point mp3tag at a folder of thousands of mp3s and have it auto-encode the id3 information?

I typically have my files in the following format.
artist/

```
album/
  song{n}
```

What I'd like to do is auto-encode stuff that doesn't have id3 info but leave id3 info alone for stuff that already has it.

Is this possible?

It's possible using the converter Filename - Tag but it won't detect files that already have that information included. You have to select them beforehand, maybe identifying them with the Filter [F3].
