Is there any way to "auto replace" the characters instead of having to manually replacing them?

For example the title of a song is "17. Not Alike (feat. Royce da 5'9")"
But it will give me an error that i cannot name it that so
I will have to manually edit it to be "17. Not Alike (feat. Royce da 5'9\_)"

You can use the $validate() function when you create filenames from tag, e.g.
Format string: `$validate($num(%track%,2). %title%,_)`

Or, if you want to have your own preferences, e.g.
Format string: `$replace($num(%track%,2). %title%,",_,*,_asterisk_)`

Yes, that is what I also meant and I thought you referred to the function
Convert\>Tag-Filename
