Can you make possible to automatic read file in folder album
folder.jpg
Or add a shortcut to add album picture.

There is already a "shortcut", called Action:

And not to forget:
You can always drag & drop such a `folder.jpg` artwork to one or multiple selected tracks and save it.

If in `File->Options->Tags->"Don't display first image from the directory as cover art"` is unchecked, MP3Tag will show folder.jpg, if it's the first or only picture file in the album folder.
