Hello. My problem is that i do this:

Sorry, it is not clear what the problem should be.
By the way ...
$len($num(%track%,2))
... is always 2 for track numbers from 0 to 99.
... and ...
$sub(35,2)
... is always 33.

Maybe ... you want something like this?
**$loop(%\_path%)$left($num(%TRACK%,2)'. '%TITLE%'.'$repeat('-',50),50)'['$right($repeat(' ',7)%\_file\_size\_mb%'MB',7)'] -- ['%\_length%']' $loopend()**
