Is it possible to use mp3tag in a batch script? without opening the gui? If yes where I can find the syntax?

No.

Depending on the type of file that you're trying to tag, there may be one or more command-line tools available.

Thanks, I just need to batch tag some mp3 with a id3v2 format. Any suggestion please ?
