# Beginners guide

I have a sansa view mp3 player. When I download from Rhapsody half the songs say unknown artist. A possible solution was to use mp3 tag to change the id tags to id3v2.3. I would like to try this for the whole playlist. Can anyone give me a step by step tutorial so I don't delete my playlist? I would appreciate any help.

I don't understand what you are looking for. If you open a playlist in Mp3tag and change the tag version of the files loaded the playlist shouldn't be affected by this.
