Beide Programme haben einen eigenen Bildercache, den du löschen müsstest.

[/t/13017/1](https://community.mp3tag.de/t/13017/1) für VLC

Und %localappdata%\Microsoft\Media Player\Grafikcache\LocalMLS  
für WMP löschen.

Und dann für beide Spieler ausschalten, dass die irgendwas aus dem Internet holen dürfen.
