# Blocking of scroll wheel usage in Filter box should be configurable and not mandatory

I propose giving the user an ability to decide in Options if mouse scroll wheel should behave in the box of the Filter like it does now or should it be always receptible to scroll-wheel of a mouse thus allow for a user to always access the list of filtering expressions that are stored in form of the drop down list
Currently that list is in certain conditions accessible only when arrow keys are used or the `▶` icon. While for some users this might be to their linings, having such fail-safe, but for others like me it is viewed as an inconsistent and counter-productive thus annoying inner-workings of a program
