Mp3tag nicely handles `.cdg` files in that it renames them accordingly with associated audio files, `.mp3` in my case. Can anyone recommend some Windows freeware or cheap paidware to burn such files onto a CD-R creating a CD+G that can be played back on karaoke players?

All software I have checked yet either costs 100+ bucks or cannot handle CDGs (or at least isn’t advertised to do so).
