I am trying to remove all ID3v1 tags and leave my files with just ID3v2 tags, as I grab them. I'd like to do this as part of a scripted Action with several other cleanup actions. Is this possible?

No, that's not possible via actions at the moment (as all actions also rely on the settings from Options \> Tags).

Kind regards,
