# Can I remove ID3v1 tags but keep others?

I have recently been trying to migrate my MP3 library from Google Play Music to Plex. Because of Plex's strict naming convention requirements, some tracks that I own have had an issue where they have no title populate even though they have full metadata for the file.
Some have suggested this is an issue related to some files in my library having both ID3v1 and ID3v2.3 tags in the same file.
Can someone guide me on how to go about removing the ID3v1 tags while leaving intact the ID3v2.3 tags and album art?

Have you already tried this:
