# Cannot open mp3tag - error 0x00000000

Hello. After installing a new version of mp3tag simply i can not open it. Everytime i try to open after few times reinstalling it i have such an error:

**ERROR**  
**--------------------------------------------------------------------------------**  
**File: y:\projects\_main\swinapp.cpp**  
**Line: 564**  
**Expression: \_S\_TRUE(bRetVal)**  
**LastError: 0x00000000 Operacja uko--------------------------------------------------------------------------------**  
**THROW**  
**--------------------------------------------------------------------------------**

Can you help me with removing that error?

Can you check if your system has a valid TEMP folder?
