Hello I'm trying to install Mp3tag to a new wds10 computer from an old wds7 comp.
I moved the mp3tagsettings zipped from the old, and unzipped it in the new in:
Users/Me/Appdata/Roaming/mp3tag
I restarted Mp3tag and
well... it don't work , I thought it would restore my tag panel and choosen tags according to my preferences!
Is the zipped backup file include those preferences or what does it keep? and is there a special manip to restore I didn't get?
best

What you should get clear first of all: what kind of installation do you use? a standard installation or a portable one.
The path that you mention is only valid for a standard installation.
And this statement is valid for both systems: the W7 and the W10 one.

The zip configuration file BTW should show a modification data that is close to the last time you used MP3tag. Otherwise it could be that you do not use the correct configuration.

I'm aware of that, and as I put it, this is a standard install from comp to comp not from comp to key usb.
"The zip configuration file BTW should show a modification data that is close to the last time you used "
that's exactly what I have the datings of cfg and other files or repertories are exactly those of the time I opened Mp3tag.
BUT I have this (Mp3tagError.log)
