# Can't Update mp3tag on Win 10 Pro...why?

Every time I try to update to a new version of mp3tag on Win 10 Pro, I get about as far as agreeing to the terms, and the update freezes and shuts down. I'm still on version 3.21 because of this. What is causing this, and what can I do about it?
