I have a question how and from where capitalise only artist ex from Rihanna to RIHANNA ?

Action: Format Value  
_or_  
Converter: Tag-Tag

Field: ARTIST  
Formatstring: $upper(%artist%)

_or_

Action: Case Conversion  
Field: ARTIST  
Conversion: UPPER Case

i try but can`t work 0 or 4 files renamed

Which means that you are not talking about the TITLE field but the filename, right?  
Please note that the Windows filesystem does not distinguish between filenames with capital letters or not.

As the filename is treated in one piece you have to tell us what the filename looks like.
