Hey can you guys take a look at this perl script? I'd like to have the same thing for use in mp3tag. ... It basically follows the New York Times Manual of Style to decide on what words are capital, lowercase, etc. which is widely accepted standard in the english language. Perhaps someone here can convert it to a mp3tag script? ...
