# Changing field title from uppercase to lowercase

Hey everyone, I'm wondering whether it's possible to change the tag field from uppercase to lowercase?

When checking file metadata in MediaInfo certain fields are shown in uppercase.

This are not the "real" tag field names saved in your files. They are "[translated](https://docs.mp3tag.de/mapping)" for a better understanding by your displaying software, in your case MediaInfo.

If you look at the same file in Mp3tag or another software, you will see another "translation" or syntax.

You can't change this file titles upper-/lowercase syntax.

That's what I thought. Checked on Metadata2Go and they were displayed with correct mixed casing so must be a 'quirk' of MediaInfo.
