I've got a few actions I'd like to simply combine into one action WITHOUT having to recreate each action again. Is there a way I can do this?

for instance, I want to copy the actions listed in #2 into #1 without having to manually recreate the actions.

For that purpose you can edit and combine the .mta files in
%AppData%\Mp3tag\data\actions

It is not at all encouraged to edit the mta files directly.

Instead arrange the action groups in the order in which sequence they should be executed from top to bottom and activate the selector in the Actions dialogue for each action group.

I understand that its not encourage to edit the mta file but your response does not address if actions groups that are already created how to combine them (see example picture provided earlier)

Have you tried it?
It should be the same to have 2 action groups with some actions or all actions in a single action group as long as the order is the same.

That is not what I meant - in fact I meant: have you tried to tick the selectors in the list of action groups and have you arranged them in the correct order and then tried whether this leads to the desired result?

Yes, I believe so. I tried to add both the separate action groups together but then it ask me to create another SUPER group and wants me to re do the actions again into the one SUPER group, which would be time consuming.

This is not getting to the point - please see the documentation on
"Enabling and disabling action groups"

> **[Actions – Mp3tag Documentation](https://docs.mp3tag.de/actions/#enabling-and-disabling-action-groups)**

> Documentation on Quick Actions and Action Groups that covers replace text, case conversion, tag to tag conversion, duplicate field handling, batch cover import/export, and more. Mp3tag is the universal Tag Editor.

and act accordingly.
