Hello, I just ran into the same problem with this thread

For me this is the solution, thank you
```auto
cd C:\Program Files\Mp3tag
powershell -c "Get-AppxPackage -name *mp3tag* | Remove-AppxPackage"
powershell -c "Add-AppxPackage Mp3tagShell.msix"
```
