I am using MP3tag to tidy up my music files. I have been trying to use Convert Filename to Filename to remove the first few letters of many filenames. The old filename pattern is presented as %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7. However when I enter a new filename pattern of (say) %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 the command fails saying the the old pattern is not in an acceptable format. I have recently changed to version 3.0.

Can you also post the file name you’re trying to use this format string on?
