What program do you guys recommend to convert a lot of m4a files to mp3?

It isn't very smart to convert one lossy format to another, but if you have to, use something like [foobar2000](http://www.foobar2000.org/) or [dBpowerAMP Music Converter](http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm).
