# Converting Unicode filenames ($ansi() doesn't work for me)

I'd like to convert Unicode filenames to Big5 encoding. When I use the $ansi() command it seems to convert the string to null, probably because my system is using English Windows.

Is there a way to force Chinese 950 filenames?
