# Copy all fields of the tag at the same time

Sometimes I need to copy all the tag fields—such as the album art, song title, artist, genre, etc.—from one song to an identical one all at once. I can't seem to find that function; is there a way to do it?
I need to do this because sometimes the song I want to keep has empty fields, while the other one has complete metadata but sounds bad or has some other issue.

See Edit\>Copy tag and Edit\>Paste tag or Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V
It copies the whole tag. Existing fields will be overwritten.
Alternatively, open the extended tag dialogue, select the fields that you want to transfer, Ctrl-C the fields,
open the target file, open the extended tags dialogue and Ctrl-V the fields.
Fields with the same name will get overwritten.
