Hi. Is there a way to copy the contents of "File Name" to "Title" as a group (Batch) change?

If the the filename only contains the title:
Action Type: Format value
Field: TITLE
Format String: %\_filename%

If there is more content in the filename than the title you have to give an example how the filename looks like. Have a look in the help for the action type "Guess Values".

Anyway you also can achieve your goal with the converter "Filename-\>Tag" with the benefit of an immediate preview of the result.
