# Copying Filters to another computer

I would like to know where the filters are stored in MP3Tag. I am moving my mp3 libraries to my laptop as I am still having issues with my files on my desktop. I have a number of complex filters and don't want to reenter them. Is it possible to do that? I have successfully copied all my actions and export formats but can't find the filters.

I'm not absolutely sure, but the filters should be saved in the file `mp3tag.cfg`  
This `mp3tag.cfg` file is part of the \*.zip archive file, created by File -\> [Save Configuration](https://docs.mp3tag.de/menus/file/#save-configuration)
