I find "Case conversion Sentence" fails on leading puctuation e.g. ¡Misterio! -\> ¡misterio!

And I can't fathom a scripting command to workaround. Anyone?

What exactly do you mean? What did you expect?

I mean what I said.

I expected

¡Misterio!

That's sentence case.

I got:

¡misterio!

That's not sentence case.

Sentence case turns "Another Brick In The Wall" to "Another brick in the wall". What I don't know is why MP3Tag convers your word to "¡misterio!" and not "Imisterio!".

That's because the initial character is an inverted ! not a lower-case letter 'i'. My apologies for not pointing out that this is not obvious if you are reading in this forum software's choice of default font.

Maybe you have to put the inverted ! to the list of characters at Words begin from/after any of at the Case conversion action dialog.

Mp3tag assumes, that new words begin after blanks only.

You'd think so, wouldn't you? 😉

And after start of field, I find.

Yes 😉

I forgot that this is only working on Mixed Case case conversion. I should either disable the last field when Sentence is selected or add this feature.

> add this feature

The problem with this feature is that it won't meet requirements. E.g. will mess up on

"hello" there

So I'd vote for a different feature - one that /does/ do proper punctuated sentence case!

Why not upper-case just the first upper-caseable character?

It should be work better now with the current [Development Build](http://developer.mp3tag.de).
