# Cover Art not downloading

But you can access the Amazon webpage and but can't download covers ?? What are covers ? They are pictures the same as what amazons shows on their webpage.

You could ask the helpline of your provider if there is any block in place.

Is there any quota system involved, which restricts further access (maybe until tomorrow), when the number of accesses has grown over the allowed quota?
