# Cover Art not downloading

Hello I have a recent development that is quite annoying. Whenever I try to use [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) to load the cover art it comes up blank.

I was previously using I believe 2.49 and then upgraded to 2.54. I have had the problem with both versions. I have tried this on multiple computers using the same internet connection so I'm unsure if it's just my internet but I haven't had any other problems.

Some help with this would be appreciated. Just tell me what kind of information you need from me and I will do my best to supply it.
